We’ve just released a new update for BookingPOINT, version 6.1.2.
Here’s what’s changed in this update:
Change: When the ‘Default Ignore Restrictions’ or ‘Default Ignore Closed Time’ checkboxes are changed in Settings, the corresponding Calendar screen checkboxes are automatically updated to reflect the new defaults.
Change: Increased Barcode field size through out the system.
Change: Borrowers Preferred Name and Surname are now displayed throughout the system, except for on the Loan Agreement where the borrowers legal First Name is displayed.
Fix: When the ‘Default Ignore Restrictions’ checkbox was enabled in Settings, selecting a new user on the Calendar screen would reset the ‘Ignore Restrictions’ checkbox to unselected. It now remains checked as expected.
Fix: When BookingPOINT starts, the ‘Ignore Restrictions’ and ‘Ignore Closed Time’ checkboxes on the Calendar screen now correctly default to the options specified in Settings.
Fix: Emails now use ‘Preferred Name’ to address the recipient instead of ‘First Name’ where specified.
Fix: When searching for a resource via the calendar booking screen, the search function now correctly filters out resources that have been disposed of.
Fix: Resources List screen now correctly groups and displays by Borrower when the “Group records” checkbox is selected and sorted by the Borrower column.
Fix: Bookings List screen now correctly groups and displays by Borrower when the “Group records” checkbox is selected and sorted by the Borrower column.
Fix: Landscape print layouts now correctly use landscape orientation.
