BookingPOINT 4.3.0 has been released and is available for immediate download. BookingPOINT 4.3.0 has a number of new features, enhancements and fixes.

Current users of version 4.1.1 will be notified automatically in BookingPOINT within 7 days that a new version has been released or they can manually check for new version via the preferences screen.

New Features and Enhancements

New: When clicking on the same date and time as the previous booking the system will automatically create the booking without the pop-up dialog. This will allow you to enter multiple bookings for the date and same time slot quickly.

New: BookingPOINT can now be opened via FileMaker Go on the iPhone and iPad.

Change: Increased the width of the Bar Code field at the pickup screen.

Change:

[For administrators only] ‘Disregard Privileges’ checkbox now will allow you to make a booking for any borrower without any booking restrictions at all. Previously this would simply allow you to book a resource type for a borrower that was not within there normal privileges.

Fix: Return reminders included resources which had already been returned.

Fix: When making a resource type available outside office hours it was still showing as unavailable for weekends.

Fix: When editing a borrowers privileges for a resource type it would temporarily change the currently selected borrowers privilege in the booking grid.

Fix: Windows users only – fixed update package installer.
