BookingPOINT may store personal information, including:

- Student IDs
This data is entered by the client (e.g. university staff) and is not collected or accessed by Hi-Voltage unless explicitly requested for support.
2. Data Storage
All data is stored on-premise within the client’s own infrastructure. BookingPOINT does not transmit or store data on external servers, and Hi-Voltage does not host or manage client data.
3. Data Access
Hi-Voltage does not access personal information unless authorised by the client for troubleshooting or support. Any access is temporary, limited, and performed under strict confidentiality.
4. Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable privacy regulations, including:
- FERPA (USA), if used in educational environments
- GDPR (EU) or PIPL (China), if applicable
- CCPA (USA, California), where relevant
5. Security
BookingPOINT supports secure authentication and role-based access. Encryption (such as HTTPS) is supported where applicable, but the client is responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on their systems.
6. Third-Party Sharing
BookingPOINT does not share personal data with any third parties. No integrations or external APIs transmit user data outside the client’s infrastructure.
