  • Borrowers can receive automated reminder emails a day before their equipment is due back, ensuring equipment is returned and ready to go for subsequent borrowers.
  • Improved asset-tracking capabilities, providing the ability to record supplementary items that are bundled along with a booking such as cables, accessories, etc.
  • Manage defective assets and schedule repairs with the ability to book equipment out for service.
  • Send automated emails to borrowers notifying them that the equipment they have booked, has been temporarily removed from availability whilst scheduled for service / repairs.
  • Assign up to 5 self-service workstations without the need for FileMaker Server Advanced, so users can access BookingPOINT on their own at various locations such as a library or front desk etc.
  • Expand or reduce the main BookingPOINT window to any size you like.
